Abstract

Even though it already has many consumers or customers, it doesn't mean that UD. Mitra Tani does not make any effort to maintain its customers. The animal feed producer is aware that many other animal feed producers market their animal feed products with the same quality at competitive prices. The aims of this study are 1) To determine whether product quality has a partial effect on customer loyalty and 2) To determine whether price has a partial effect on customer loyalty for animal feed UD. Bojonegoro Farmers Partner. This research is a survey research with quantitative method. The primary data of this study came from questionnaire data. The sample of this research is 50 customers. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple regression linear analysis technique. The results of this study, among others, are as follows: 1) Product quality has a partial effect on customer loyalty for animal feed UD. Mitra Tani Bojonegoro, and 2) Price has a partial effect on customer loyalty for animal feed UD. Bojonegoro Farmers Partner.
