ANALISIS KOMPETENSI ENTREPRENEURIAL, STRATEGI KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN MODAL SOSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA USAHA PADA UMKM MEBEL DI KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

Furniture is a sector that is quite strategic in improving the country's economy. There are certain specifications that make furniture a strategic sector, because furniture is an item that has a high selling value in the global market. Therefore, it is necessary to manage employees properly so that company goals can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial strategy, and social capital on business performance at MSME Furniture in the city of Bojonegoro. This research is included in quantitative research that uses questionnaires as a data collection method. The population used in this study is 50 people on SBojonegoro City. The method of the sample used non-probability sampling with saturated sampling method. So that the sample used in this study is 50 MSME Furniture Entrepreneurs on JBojonegoro. The data used are primary and secondary data. While the analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Where the results in this researchshow that 1) entrepreneurial competence has a positive effect on business performance; 2) entrepreneurial strategy has a positive effect on business performance; and 3) social capital has a positive effect on business performance.
