IMPLEMENTASI PERAN MODAL SOSIAL SEBAGAI PILAR PENGELOLAAN DANA BUMDES DESA KUWOLO

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of the role of social capital as a pillar of the management of Kuwolo Village bumdes funds. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The research location is at the BUMDes Malang Asri office located in Kuwolo Village, Bululawang District, Malang Regency. The subjects of this research are the managers of BUMDes Malang Asri and the community in Kuwolo Village. Data collection techniques used interview techniques, observation techniques and documentation techniques. Data validity was obtained using triangulation techniques by comparing data. The research instrument is the researcher himself. Data analysis techniques used interactive data analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman. The results showed that there are elements of social capital in the form of networks, trust and norms that play an important role in managing BUMDes Malang Asri funds. Each component contained in social capital has an equally important role to improve progress and can assist in fulfilling the objectives of the establishment of BUMDes Malang Asri
