Abstract

Abstract: This study explains about "The Effect of Administrative Performance on Service Quality in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Bojonegoro '' where administrative performance is one of the educational administration activities in the school/madrasah environment, in English it is also called clerical work management or recording system. While service quality is the level of excellence expected and control over these advantages to meet customer desires. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Is there any effect of administrative performance on service quality at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Bojonegoro?" The hypothesis that the authors propose is that there is an influence of administrative performance on service quality at MTsN 1 Bojonegoro and there is no influence of administrative performance on service quality at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Bojonegoro. In this study the method used is a quantitative method where the sample used is 128 students, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire/questionnaire method as the main method. Validity test using product moment correlation from Pearson. While the reliability test uses the Alpha Cronbach technique with the help of SPSS 22.
