Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on community satisfaction at the key village government office. The population in this study is the key village community with a total of 1809 households. The sample used in this study is by using the slovin formula with a sample of 326 residents. The research method used is a quantitative method. In this study the data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis in the discussion of this study uses quantitative analysis methods, data analysis techniques in quantitative research use statistics, namely by using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, simple regression analysis, partial significant tests, and coefficients of determination. The results in this study state that service quality has a significant effect on community satisfaction. The results of the study can be seen from the t_count value greater than t_table or the sig value less than 0.05.
