Abstract

Although it has successfully implemented aid programs and public services from both the regional and central governments, there are still indications of some deficiencies in the quality of services provided by Drokilo Village, Kedungadem District, Bojonegoro Regency. So, this problem would be interesting to be researched and analyzed. The aims of this study include: 1) To determine the partial effect of education level on employee performance, 2) To determine the partial effect of age on employee performance. This research is causal associative research with quantitative method. The primary data of this study came from questionnaire data. The sample of this research is the apparatus or employees of Drokilo Village, Kedungadem District, Bojonegoro Regency, amounting to 42 people. The data analysis technique in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study, among others: 1) The level of education has a partial effect on the performance of the employees of Drokilo Village, Kedungadem District, Bojonegoro Regency and 2) Age has no partial effect on the performance of the employees of Drokilo Village, Kedungadem District, Bojonegoro Regency.
