DAMPAK PANDEMI COVID-19 TERHADAP PEMBAYARAN KREDIT NASABAH PT. AMARTHA MIKRO FINTEK PADANGAN BOJONEGORO
Abstract
When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, many of our customers had difficulties in paying their credit. Most of the customers in the Padangan Bojonegoro sub-district experienced bad credit due to decreased turnover or income due to the impact of the pandemic, so they had to be in arrears in payments. The purposes of this study are 1) To determine the level of customer credit payments before and after the Covid-19 pandemic and 2) To find out how the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on customer credit payments of PT. Amartha Micro Fintech Padangan Bojonegoro. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample of this research is employees of BP (Business Partner) and customers of PT. Amartha Micro Fintech Padangan Bojonegoro. The data analysis technique used in this research is the flow analysis model. The results of this study are 1) The level of credit payment ability of customers of PT. Amartha Mikro Fintek Padangan Bojonegoro before the Covid-19 pandemic was good and smooth, 2) The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on credit payments for PT. Amartha Micro Fintech Padangan Bojonegoro classified differently.References
